How To Check GES Appointment Letter and GES Postings Online

Do you know you can purchase the Ghana Education Service e-Voucher to check your posting at your convenience? Yes you heard it right!

The Ghana Education Service released the appointment letter for Graduates teachers who applied to be permanently employed as teaching and non teaching staffs. The GES Posting includes that of various Batches of Trained Teachers, Colleges and University Graduates.

Graduates are required to purchase an e-Voucher online to check their place of posting.

In this article, we will take you through how to purchase an e-Voucher via your mobile money wallet and also how to check your GES posting and print appointment letters.

How To Purchase Your GES e-Voucher Online

Note that you will be required to enter your index number to check your posting center and we advice you to have to off head or with you.

The GES e-voucher is sold at GHS 10.00. Simply follow the guide below.

  1. Visit the GES promotions Portal
  2. Select e-Voucher Card
  3. Select Purchase eVoucher for COE appointment letters or Graduate Appointment Letters
  4. Choose your preferred Mobile Network (MTN, AirtelTigo, Vodafone) (to pay with the GHS 10.00)
  5. Enter Mobile Number (e.g. 0244123456)
  6. Enter a valid email address to receive the voucher
  7. Click on Submit

How to check GES Graduate Appointment Letter

  1. Visit GES Promotion Portal
  2. Select Graduate Recruitment
  3. Enter your NSS Number
  4. Enter your eVoucher Card and Submit

A page will open showing details or your Appointment letter for you to print.

How to Check GES Posting

  1. Visit GES Posting Portal via: gespromotions.gov.gh
  2. Click on eVoucher Card & Select Recruitment
  3. Enter your Index Number
  4. Enter your eVoucher Card Number
  5. Click on Submit to check your postings and print accordingly.

How to check GES Recruitment Results

  1. Visit GES Promotion Portal
  2. Click on eVoucher Card & Select Recruitment
  3. Fill in the appropriate details for payment
  4. Proceed to the Recruitment Result Page and Enter your Index Number and eVoucher number to view and print your appointment letter.

How To Check your GES Promotions

  1. Visit GES Promotion Portal at: gespromotions.gov.gh
  2. Click on eVoucher Card and Select Promotions
  3. Enter Staff ID to confirm Staff’s promotion
  4. Fill in the appropriate details for payment
  5. Proceed to the Promotions Result Page and select your Staff Type, enter your Staff ID and eVoucher number to view and print your promotion letter.

All Newly Trained Teachers posted to Specific Regions are expected to visit the regional Education Offices. They are also expected to visit the regional or district education offices with their

  1. National Service Certificate
  2. College or University Certificate
  3. Licensure Examination Certificate
  4. A valid ID Card
  5. SSNIT Biometric
  6. Birth Certificate
  7. Bank Account Details
